A massive earthquake, measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale, struck Nepal on the 25th of April, causing immense loss of life and property. Hope is what remains, and we need to ensure that hope is not lost.
The number of casualties is on the rise, with more reported dead and missing with
each report that is emerging. The road to recovery is going to be long and arduous,
and it will take months for normalcy to return.
While governments and organisations work on the colossal task of clearing debris,
finding survivors and providing food and shelter to those most in need of it, let
us do our bit in helping those who need it most.
We can extend a hand and do our bit by making different kinds of contributions,
whether monetarily or in the form of packed food items, clothing, clean drinking
water and shelter.
This website is our attempt in ensuring that help and assistance reach those most
in need. We do this in two ways:
